This Privacy Policy explains how NxtQue ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use our queue management and booking platform at nxtque.com and related services.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide to us directly, including:

Name, email address, and mobile phone number
Service preferences, appointment history, and booking details
Payment information (processed through our secure payment processor; NxtQue does not store full card numbers)
Profile information for staff members (photos, bios, service menus, pricing)
Messages exchanged through the platform

We also automatically collect limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, and usage data to help maintain and improve the service.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

Provide the queue management and booking services
Send transactional SMS and email notifications related to your bookings and queue position (only with your explicit consent — see section 4)
Process payments
Maintain your account
Respond to support requests

3. Information sharing

We share your information only with:

The specific shop or professional you've chosen to book with (to process your appointment or queue entry)
Service providers who help us operate the platform (payment processors, SMS delivery, hosting), bound by confidentiality

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. SMS messaging & mobile data

NxtQue does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, including affiliates. Your phone number is used only to deliver SMS messages related to your queue position, appointments, receipts, and account notifications — the messages you have explicitly opted in to receive.

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any NxtQue message.

5. Data security

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted password storage, and restricted access controls. Payment card information is handled by PCI-compliant processors; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

Access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you
Withdraw consent for SMS messaging at any time (reply STOP)
Request deletion of your account and associated data
Obtain a copy of your data

7. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account, we remove personal information within 30 days, except where we're required to keep certain records for legal or accounting purposes.

8. Children's privacy

NxtQue is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the service. Continued use of NxtQue after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
